WHAT IF IT WASN´T WHAT YOU WERE EXPECTING?

There is not problem at all. For whatever reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can easily return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days since your purchase date. Please just notice that each product should be unworn, with tags attached, with its original packaging and in perfect condition.

IT’S EASY HOW IT WORKS:

We’ll be very pleaesed to make a return if the item doesn’t fit, is defective, incomplete or just incorrect. Just follow the next steps:

  1. Place your request by sending an email at helpcenter@shaperlynn.com  Please tell us what’s the problem with your garment, give us your order number (you will find it at the purchase email confirmation) and also what you would like to do: a return for a refund or a return for an exchange.
  1. We will give you an answer within next 24 hours and send a pre-paid return label for you. You can send the item back using your own method or print and use our pre-paid label. In any case our address will be on the return label.

Want to get a refund?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your item’s been shipped, we can’t get the money back ourselves. If you want to use our pre-paid shipping label, the cost of the label ($8.00) will be deducted from your final refund. Please remember we are sharing our company shipping rates, but you can always decide to use your own shipping back method.

Want to get an Exchange?

-Exchange on the same product for a different size:

In this case there will be no additional charge or refund, and just for once, we will pay the label cost ($8.00) for you to send the original product back. If you receive a new product and want to make another change then we will charge you the cost of the label or you also can send it back by your own way.

Please note this benefit will only apply for full price purchased products. We may not cover exchange fees for "on sale" products.

-Exchange for a different product:

In this case we ask that you return the item and place a new order online. In case you have used our pre-paid shipping label, the cost of the label ($8.00) will be deducted from your final refund.

First come to us!

Please do not return anything without letting us know first! We usually work on a case-to-case basis, and can give you a better advice and service about what would be easier and better to solve the issue.

Return just what you received

Any product should be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. We do reserve the right to deny any return or refund request.

Time for exchanges

All requests are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Upon receipt of your return, it can take up to 7 business days for it to be inspected, processed and your exchange to be shipped out.

Time for refunds

Once you are issued a refund, it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method. Please try to contact your card issuer and inquire on the status of your refund.

Return label price

In case you use our pre-paid shipping label, the cost of the label ($8.00) will be deducted from your final refund. In case of an exchange on the same product for a different size we will pay the cost for once, in case of exchange for a different product we ask that you return the item and place a new order, the cost of the label ($8.00) will be deducted from your final refund.

We happily allow returns, but…

We can't accept returns on final sale products. These items are clearly marked on the web page.  We also can't accept products purchased from other retailers, in this case please contact them regarding a return or exchange.
